Lead Developer for Marketplace Startup

Sellcrowd.com is a fast growing sales hiring marketplace (think Upwork for sales and you're close) that is changing the way companies hire salespeople and grow sales.

With thousands of registered users and 10-50 new ones signing up each day, we're growing fast and now seeking a lead developer to join our team and be influential in the growth of our company.

*Skills and experience needed

• Strong experience building web applications
• Experience with our stack: Vue, Vuetify, Nuxt, Node, Firebase.
• Other valuable skills you might have: Blockchain, smart contracts, PWA's, React, APIs
• Writer of clean code and be a strong communicator (English),
• Ideally passionate about the startup space with strong business acumen (any sales experience a bonus) and motivated to achieve great things
• Know what you're best at in dev and be amazing at working with others to get the other bits done

*Scope of this role

• Dive straight in and learn our code base. Start working on new features, fix bugs and improve performance
• Liase with our offshore development team and testing team to maximise output
• Assist with and/or lead the future direction of the business from a technical standpoint

The role will start on a project basis. You'll be paid $2k - $5k to work on key projects to show us what you're capable of. The role will then progress to salary + equity.
