Q-Answers is a pioneering Q&A marketing solutions company that currently specializes in Quora marketing. We assist companies in finding Q&A marketing opportunities, and help them answer their target audiences pain point questions. Our Saas product assists the leading businesses in the US and Israel.
With the rapid growth we are experiencing, we need an account manager that leads our company to maintain excellent client relationships, especially within our content writing division.
Overview of role:
Being an account manager, you can expect to
Manage client projects from A to Z.
Work closely with our content writing team, making sure they are on time with projects, checkpoints, etc.
Keep up consistent communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, meeting their needs, and responding to any concerns.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure proper methodologies.
Initiate the recruitment process of new content personnel when necessary.
Oversee company mission, vision, and values, and making sure the company’s operations are following these terms.

Speaks fluent English (required)
Has 2+ years of experience in an account management role (required)
Has experience in the content marketing, Agency /SaaS, and/or B2B marketing space (required)
Executes outstanding verbal and written communication skills (required)
Outgoing, personable, adaptable, and professional (required)
Has knowledge of various CRM systems and Excel (required)
Has experience in a B2B start-up environment (preferred)
Has led a small team in a professional setting (preferred)
Is able to create content, graphics, and creatives when necessary (preferred)
