The Role

Minos Labs is looking for experienced Business Development Representatives with minimum 5+ years of experience to join our Growth and Sales team.

About our Growth and Sales team

Our BDRs research prospective customers, understand relationship management, create outreach strategies, and identify sales opportunities. As a BDR, you will conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers, use your business acumen to identify how Minos Labs could help Fortune 1000 organizations establish a Talent Pipeline within Cybersecurity and Full-Stack Development that will be able to demonstrate our value proposition.

This position offers a base salary and uncapped commission structure with the ability to earn additional bonuses and performance driven equity in the form of stock options. We are looking to develop the Senior Business Development Representative to be our Head of Growth as we scale the firm.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Be part of the Founding team and are passionate about fixing the employment of Entry-Level trained talent
  • Focus efforts on Business to business (B2B) sales campaigns targeting hiring managers in Cybersecurity and Full-Stack Development
  • Work closely and collaboratively with account executives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies
  • Conduct high volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media
  • Build Client pipelines and maintain relationships to grow accounts for VMS, RPO, and Entry-Level Deployment
  • Schedule marketing assessments and discovery meetings for Sales Representatives to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with Minos Labs
  • Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned
  • Learn how a variety of businesses operate with Technology, what challenges they face on a daily basis, and how qualified candidates in technology can dramatically improve their businesses and employees' lives

We’re looking for people who have:

  • Previous successful sales experience 5+ years of experience of selling Technology consulting / subscription
  • Bonus if you have experience with RPO / MSP / Talent acquisition / Account executive in staffing / New Client Business Development
  • Obtain clients to then develop proposals that demonstrate value propositions within the RFP
  • Existing Relationships with Vendor Management, Diversity Officers, Human Resources, and Hiring Managers in Technology focused business units
  • Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas a plus
  • Desire to add to our collaborative, inclusive culture, and lead a team as we scale the organization by being execution obsessed
  • A track record of high achievement that will be able to exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present to C-Suite level clients with Fortune 1000 organizations
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals to achieve million-dollar quotas
  • The technical aptitude to master our platform and advantages we offer to our clients
  • A keenly developed competitive nature with A "one-speed" energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation
