The Role

Hi,

We are looking for business developers who can actually grow our SaaS company customer base.

This could lead to you becoming account manager and/or VP of Sales of one of our ventures within 1 year! We are all about hitting our goals and tracking our KPIs. We will provide as much help or support during the selling journey.

Context: Over the past 6 months we’ve been hiring many different so-called BizDev who only managed to talk us into different “strategies” without getting any probant results. We would really like to have experts with proven records commit to achieving measurable results and sales within a specific timeframe.

  • Experienced in B2B sales (support, telemarketing, appointment setting and lead generation).
  • Have flawless and complete command over the English language (both written and verbal).
  • Energetic, ambitious, and loves communicating with people.

Q: Do we provide leads to reach out to?
A: No, because:

  • 1/ We are looking for our next VP of Sales (who should be able to manage/improve/set up a sales strategy and funnel by him/her-self (from lead generation to prospect qualification, to deal closing, to key account management and inbound sales).
  • 2/ Also, we want you to reach out only to prospects you can close and by the means you are comfortable using, because we noticed in the past that if we give you leads, most of the sales team do not achieve the same closing rate they would if they got the lead on their own by their preferred means (as long as it aligns with our DOs and DONTs).

Q: What requirements do I have to meet?
A: Your English level is fluent, native or bilingual. You must have prior experience in Sales. You must never spam or engage with businesses involved in shady/illegal activities. The salesperson will be responsible to do the lead process by searching businesses and calling them, setting up meetings and closing them. Then, potentially responsible for onboarding clients and communicating with them. All we need to know is that you have GRIT and mental resilience to get out of your comfort zone and GROW EXPONENTIALLY while you work with us.


Q: What resources do you provide?
A: We have PDF keynote/presentations, sales requirement files, your own dedicated webpage on our website (embed your appointment scheduling software, you contact details, your own video presentation, and so on...).


Q: What is the schedule I have to follow?
A: You get to make your own hours, your own working days. We love pragmatism and meritocracy, so results speak. We don't discriminate, we don't make stupid rules like "you have to make 100 calls MINIMUM per day". You'll be rewarded appropriately for your amazing closing skills, and enjoy your freedom by having it be a side-hustle.


Q: What is the process?
A: 1/ You find clients according to our qualification matrix. 2/ You push for a short meeting and use your closing skills and/or our keynotes. 3/ As soon as you close the client, you send them to our application form.
