Senior Kubernetes Developer

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Kubernetes Developer to help us create a robust Kubernetes platform for our AI application stack. The ideal candidate is a team leader that can with with a small squad of like-minded engineers to build great things.

*Primary Responsbilities
*

• You’ll help design, create and manage our growing Kubernetes infrastructure across different cloud providers as well as in our private datacenters
• Your responsibilities will include making sure our infrastructure stays up and running, helping us adopt new cloud providers and implement the infrastructure, configuration management and automation to allow us to reach our customers globally
• You will be working with an amazing set of individuals with the common goal of providing the best infrastructure for the company and evaluating new technologies to adopt to meet our needs
• You will be working with open source tools and automation tooling such as Terraform, Ansible, Salt, Puppet and much more on a global scale.

**Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, ect.)
• Experience in using configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet or Salt
• Deep understanding of how Kubernetes works
• Experience with self-hosted Kubernetes and managed Kubernetes
• Understand how to monitor production infrastructure
• Understand Linux operating systems and how to troubleshoot them
• Experience in automating and writing tooling in Go or Python
• Keep up to date with the CNCF projects
• Experience in leading small groups to accomplish projects using tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence, and others to coordinate.
