Objective:

As Product Manager, you’ll define and drive the vision of disruptive products that users love.

Main objectives for this position:

• Design and implement processes intended to help our operations team scale and enhance efficiency using a range of analytics and improvement techniques
• Work cross-functionally to identify the biggest opportunities to improve customer experiences, reduce operational effort and costs and implement process or product changes to fix them
• Translate company vision and strategy into actionable goals for the product development organization and ensure the team has the necessary tools, skills and talent to be successful.
• Monitor the product organization’s performance and quality of deliverables while nurturing a culture of user passion, quality and accountability.

Why you?:

Requierements of the position:

• 4+ years in process design and/or operational excellence organisations, with a strong understanding of process design and improvement techniques i.e. Lean, Six Sigma
• Experience in designing and mapping processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains within the financial sector
• Hyper-organized and strong attention to detail with a positive approach to challenges
• Be able to assess and implement quickly - as a start up our priorities change quickly so you need to be able to implement in a piece-meal approach.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, building collaboratively with design and engineering
• 2+ years of experience directly managing high-performing teams
• Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts
• Compelling storyteller with experience communicating concepts and ideas to engineers and creatives
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrated business acumen
• Consulting background - Big 4 firms is a big plus.
• Experience defining financial products
• MBA or similar discipline

Responsabilities:

• Champion in change management and operational efficiency
• Translate and drive the vision and strategy of products, systems and APIs that comprise our products
• Clearly communicate the vision, plans, objectives and performance measures and progress against plans to all stakeholders
• Analyze data, metrics and trends to inform the organization on how it should invest its resources
• Define product roadmaps and collaborate with other engineering leaders to determine the best way to execute
• Build, lead, inspire, and grow the product organization
• Bring expertise with building scalable product organizations and delivering great products
• Grow a healthy, collaborative, inclusive product culture in line with our company values
