Job Title: - Field Sales Executive(FSE)

Experience: 2 Years, Location: Lucknow, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Kochi

Job Description – (Field Sales Executive)

Job Purpose

  1. Doing Cold Calls
  2. Make new distributors/Dealers from established industry partner
  3. Identify sales opportunity
  4. Closing Business Deals
  5. Hardcore Field Sales
  6. Negotiating
  7. Follow up with customer/dealers
  8. Meeting Sales Targets
    Primary Responsibility

  9. Build sales pipeline through initiatives, research, development and effective marketing of new areas for opportunity in solar business

  10. Actively manages the growth and development of partners based on their needs, experience, motivation and business requirements

  11. Provide feedback to team from time to time about their performance, areas of strength and improvement

  12. Channel Network Expansion / Correction Strategy - Channel mapping, Development & Expansion of distribution network through Dealers, Chain Stores, B2B etc

  13. Promotions - Execution of BTL and support marketing for Branding activities to enhance visibility

  14. Manage all incentive, joint marketing programs with channel to sell more & penetrate into new areas within the assigned territory

  15. Ensure that Loom Solar products are the first choice in the channel vis a vis the competition

  16. Ensure availability of 30 days Inventory with Channels Partners

  17. Monitor Distributor and dealer Stock movement & Secondary / Tertiary Sales

  18. Conduct Distributor / Dealer meets and training programs

What we need?

  1. Preferred Graduate/MBA Candidate with 2 years’ experience
  2. Preference will be given to Luminous, Exide, Microtek, Okaya and Havells employee
  3. Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi
  4. An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 2 years
  5. Rigorous follow-up and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Partners
