Senior Multimedia Designer

At X-Billion Skills Lab we enhance employability of graduates for the new world of work. Our e-learning experience demonstrates workplace applications of essential 21st century workplace skills. Each learner receives access to animated modules, a personal mentor, masterclasses with CEOs and a remote experienceship. The content is delivered in various local languages and leverages Indian contexts such as bollywood, sport and current affairs to ensure relatability. In the end each candidate is trained to apply their innate intelligence to successfully tackle 1000+ workplace scenarios and build a sustained growth trajectory.

We are looking for a talented Senior Multimedia Designer who will work with the Head of Design. The designer will be part of our interdisciplinary team to lead and develop branding, digital and communication projects for the company. The ideal candidate fights for creativity, is hungry to learn and possesses a ‘Can Do’ spirit'!

Skills & position requirements:

• Conceptualise, design and execute creative graphic artwork for marketing and digital communication
• Basic UI/UX design knowledge will be useful
• Understand business and marketing directives and brief and transform them into creative design
• Develop the overall concept, design and layout of marketing collaterals, presentations, brochures, media kits
• Manage design projects of diverse categories
• To modify, revise and edit projects as and when needed
• Foster great working relationships internally and externally
• Having a positive attitude and proactive mindset
• Problem-solving and Decision making skills, Inter-personal skills, Project Management
• Pro-active and positive attitude. Willing to learn
• Ability to take on projects from concept phase through to finished artwork is necessary
• Possess team spirit and also able to work independently
• Possess initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with people from different corporate levels
• Effective time management

Qualifications:

• Certified in Graphic Design or related field
• Over 6 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and knowledge of Premiere and After Effects is a huge plus
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
