Objective:

As Lead Product Designer, you’ll define and launch new product experiences.

Main objectives for this position:

• Define and launch Kueski’s new financial experiences
• Create and nutrish a UX culture across the company
• Mentor and grow our UX talent

Why you:

Requirements of the position:

• 7+ years of experience with end-to-end product design
• Demonstrated history for leading the design of simple, elegant and beautify systems and products
• Appetite for validating ideas by running research and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data
• Systems-thinker with the ability to think beyond the pixels and design for offline experiences
• Ability to balance business needs, data metrics, and UX
• Excellent communicator and cross functional collaborator
• Proven skills in stakeholder management and visual storytelling
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Expertise in Sketch, Figma, and other tools for generating wireframes, designs, prototypes and specifications

Responsibilities.

• Define the visual system, tools and communication style for our products and services
• Define the design process and lead others through it
• Deliver and test designs in small chunks to uncover insights and validate hypotheses at high speed
• Inspire a team of top UX designers to do their best work with an eye on quality
• Provide leadership and mentorship for a team of designers
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers and Data Scientists to define problems and goals, user flows, prototype interactions and launch new products and services
