Team Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

Technology Skills:

Minimum of 4+ years of experience building external facing web applications, strong knowledge and implementation experience in PHP, JAVA, RUBY, and AWS Cloud
Strong knowledge and experience in configuration management tools (Jenkins, Maven, etc.). Experience in Continuous Integration and Test Automation and Test-Driven Development
Strong exposure/expertise in building Mobile & Frontend apps
Strong experience in front-end development skills (JavaScript Frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular or Ember, CSS3 & SASS Frameworks, HTML5, and Package managers such as NPM)
Must understand the DevOps mindset and have strong experience in AWS Cloud.
Proven expertise in developing cloud-native applications, leveraging the cloud for scale and velocity.
Strong experience with Microservices and Service-oriented architecture.
Strong Database Design/Development skills from an application development standpoint (Stored Procedure skills not necessary). Strong SQL skills are a prerequisite.
Strong Knowledge of Native Mobile development with IOS and Android.
Must have strong UX knowledge and best practice skills for public-facing applications. The candidate will be doing extensive UI feature brainstorming with the business users.
Experience developing responsive design required
Knowledge and experience in building high-performance web sites taking into account a global client base
Demonstrable experience innovating with technology
Strong knowledge of web security and best practices of secure web development

Team Lead Skills:

Experience as a Technology leader, leading a team of full-stack developers in PHP, Ruby, JAVA, Python
Should have significant experience working directly with Product Development in problem solving
Experience and temperament to mentor Full Stack engineers technically and professionally
Must have significant experience in Agile/Scrum
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and group presentations)
Excellent prioritization skills
