Looking to onboard someone with hands-on experience in building Ecommerce Technology platforms. We are an e-commerce startup at MVP stage. You will have the opportunity to build the product ground up. You should have good knowledge of database and AWS.

We are looking for a Technology Manager who has in-depth knowledge of developing products both on Android /IOS platform using Flutter and AWS architecture. If you're a go-getter and not hesitant to put in all efforts and hours when required, this is the right place for you to be.

We are taking a technology-first approach and building an in-house technology team to build high scale e-commerce websites and other technology products with the mission to make every woman feel empowered and confident.

Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in developing the application for the business.

• Lead engineering team and development for core consumer platforms
• Lead development of functional products like internal WMS, logistics management tool, influencer management platform etc. -Lead product management team to analyze and cull breakthrough insights that help unlock growth for our B2C platforms -Apply data science across the organization to make data a core strength. This would include managing platform level, consumer level as well as company-level data BI -Continuously build and train teams to deliver the above objectives -Should have previously developed data-intensive applications with 10 lakh plus user base. -Strong knowledge of flutter for Android & IOS programming and AWS architecture and deployment. -Solid understanding of algorithms, design patterns, debugging and performance optimization. Experience in Android Techstack and Version Control. -Proficient in Java/ Kotlin Technology Stack and well versed in backend development in Python Django Framework.

The Successful Applicant

-4+ Years experience in technology & product with at-least 1.5+ years working on e-commerce platform
-B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or equivalent
-Hands-on knowledge of technology platform and engineering
-Strong sense of product management principles
-Self Starter who can set their own product visions, build relevant teams and execute the game plans
-Frugal mindset in terms of extracting highest value from every investment
