Sr Technology Engineer

We are an early stage startup based out of Mumbai. People only from Mumbai should apply

We are looking for a hands-on person who can eventually grow to head the engineering team. The incumbent should have 3-4 years of relevant experience and should bring a high level of passion and drive. He should be focussed and willing to walk the extra mile. He should be a problem solver who can work independently and for whom coding is passion. He will be the core member of founding team working on MVP along with founders. Only those who have worked in developing large scale/startup product based platforms(people from service/project management/agency- please avoid).The ideal candidate should :

Have worked in product based startup/organisation as full stack developer/software engineer
Fantastic coder with team management skill
Know how to set a technical strategy for an organisation and drive the technical transformation needed
Be an experienced full-stack python/node.js developer and get excited about working in an unstructured environment
Be experienced in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Have experience in developing API based systems and connecting to external APIs and services
Have experience in building web and mobile ecommerce/networking/social media apps
Have been a part of teams involved in building large scale platforms/product
Know the importance of good, reusable software architecture and quality code
Having deep undesrstanding of working in AWS is a must
Have a pragmatic problem solving attitude with passion for excellence
Have an eye for detail, product design keeping customer in mind
Be able to balance the need for speed in the short run with quality and performance in the long run
Understanding and practice of DevOps principles.
Good understanding of designing the Architecture.
Preference will be for people with good Engineering track record

Should be based out of Mumbai
