Fundraisers (Private Equity, Growth Capital, Investments)

Innovation Manager Finland Ltd. is an incubator and funding consultancy operating in the North of Europe. We are incubating 40+ high-tech scaleups (mostly based in Finland) with MVPs, validated business models, recurring revenues and which want to raise around €1-3M growth capital and connect with investors abroad.

We are looking for experienced fundraising professionals and boutique consultancies specialised in private equity and venture capital. Your task as a fundraiser is to bring together our scaleups with investors, make warm intros and help them connect, facilitate negotiations and hopefully close deals. You already have a portfolio of high-level contacts among investors and a successful track record in fundraising for high-tech scaleups.

Remuneration is based on a success fee (5% of all investments secured). Additional fixed fees may be negotiated with our scaleups on a case by case basis, for instance to review their financial model, pitch deck, market research and prepare the due diligence.
