Data Privacy startup Clarip is looking for a Senior Lead Engineer to join our growing team. If you are skilled at building web applications, expert in PHP, and enjoy developing creative solutions to complex problems then we

Clarip’s technology is used by the Fortune 500 companies to help protect customer data and comply with the privacy laws around the world. Clarip is conveniently located in the suburb of Philadelphia.
Requirements
• A degree in computer engineering or similar subject.
• Experience:
• Software Development, 6 years (Required)
• PHP, 5 years (Preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience building web applications
• Prior work in a team-oriented environment as a full stack or back end engineer
• Solid experience with LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
• Hands on experience with JQuery and Bootstrap and building RESTful APIs, AJAX
• Skilled in building highly-scalable web applications (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume data
pipelines, efficient algorithms)
• Experience with SQL stored procedures, database architecture, micro services, message
queues
• Ability to build scalable, load balanced web applications
• Excellent command line skills on LINUX
• Knowledge of container technology (docker, etc.) and cloud services (IaaS, PaaS), AWS
• Experience with NoSQL/Hadoop/Hive/HBASE, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.
• Experience using third-party testing tools and frameworks and working with version control
systems such as GIT, Bitbucket, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java or AI Algorithms
• Contribution to open-source projects
