Software Engineer, Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead at Dinie you will be working end to end on an embedded lending platform. That includes designing the technical architecture, building best in class REST API services, expanding and improving existing solutions and automating operational processes. You will be working closely with the CTO and CPO on shaping Dinie future.

If you're the person who wants to challenge the status quo rather than accept it and you are willing to go an extra mile, you'll do great here. Your responsibilities will also include:

• Create cutting edge, secure, scalable Brazilian fintech platform
• Expose Dinie services through REST APIs to our B2B Clients
• Implement REST APIs integrations to consume data from external systems
• Deploy & manage services on AWS

About you

• You have excellent communication skills and you are a strong team player
• You have developed and run backend platform on production in the past
• You are fluent and comfortable working in English (written and spoken)

What skills you need

• Strong Ruby / RoR development skills
• Strong software and solution architecture skills
• Demonstrable experience in REST APIs design and implementation
• 5 years (or more) experience in agile software development
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Maths or other engineering field
• You can write clean code, test it and deploy it
• You have worked with AWS & Docker in the past

Nice to have

• Experience with another programming language (JavaScript/React/Python/Java)
• You have built B2B API platform in the past
• You have worked in FinTech company in the past
• You have worked in Startup environment in the past
