Our market area is primarily the city’s northside, with an average sale price of approximately $1 million.

Our award-winning sales team is looking to add a new salesperson who is looking to take their business to the next level. This is an intense full-time, 7-day a week position that is ideal for someone who wants to learn and grow from the best.

As a new agent on the team, your primary responsibility will be to show homes and host open houses in a manner that creates raving fans. As an ambassador of our brand, will be expected to be fully prepared, engaged and know the key selling points for each home. You will need exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to discern a potential buyer’s interests and motivation.

The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, either in real estate or in a related field. You are tech-savvy and have your own car. You are ethical to your core and operate at the highest level of emotional intelligence.
