Technical Product Manager

Got It Inc. is looking for an outstanding Technology Leader to join our talented team of U.S.-based leaders and Silicon Valley-level software engineers, product managers, and test engineers in Vietnam and around the world. You’ll work directly with the founder and a world-class team of technology industry veterans to build the next generation of the Got It platform, handling a massive number of real-time learning sessions between askers and experts in multiple subjects.

*This is a full-time, on-site position in Hanoi.

The Core Job

• Be able to work well with internal teams, including software engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure that user story content and prioritization are aligned with larger strategic objectives.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Work within a software development methodology like AGILE.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Represent the technical product team in Vietnam and help engineers and QAs understand every single detail of each technical product feature.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

You Must Have

• Proven working experience in project management.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience with project management software tools such as Jira, Trello...
• Self-motivated, data-driven, responsible, detail-oriented, process-oriented, get things done.
• 2+ years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative internet products with tons of users; including experience in an operational service delivery capacity.
