Full-stack engineer React

The World of Women tech team is growing fast to build the future of web3.

As one of our first full-stack engineers, you’ll help us make the best tech architecture choices, will work on a big range of products, and will be responsible for your delivery.

We are developing innovative products in a new and fast-paced environment, and you should be able to break things to move faster.

Duties and responsibilities:

• You will be among the first engineers and will help us shape the tech team.
• Developing and testing new features.
• You are responsible and accountable for what you develop.
• Taking on technical challenges: performance optimization, scalability.
• Staying on top of the best technologies and tech trends.
• You'll collaborate directly with the founders to develop our new products.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Javascript/Typescript.
• React/GraphQL/SQL.
• Already worked and deployed B2C products. You understand the trade-off between speed, engineering quality, and security. You are willing to borrow from the best.
• You are here for the greater good of the team, believe in challenging your co-worker and are focused on delivering the best result possible.
• web3 development experience is a plus
• Solidity knowledge is a plus.
• AWS proficiency/knowledge is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and location
