Job Description
As our founding software lead, you’ll set the technical direction for our rapidly growing team. You’ll work alongside leading financial experts to help build the next-generation platform for building and growing wealth. You’ll combine exceptional engineering ability with a keen product mindset. You’ll partner directly with the CEO and COO to build and empower teams across the full stack, including both web and mobile experiences.

The ideal candidate will have:
4+ years experience developing applications and services
Proven startup experience
Technical leadership experience - you’ve built and grown teams in the past
Experience developing and maintaining APIs
A focus on test driven development
Pride in the platforms and services they build
A deep understanding of the full software engineering lifecycle
Familiarity with front end, back end, and mobile development
Experience working with and managing external development teams and design firms.
A love of helping people build their own financial security
Bonus - experience with ML driven recommender systems
Bonus - experience in the FinTech space
Experience with the following systems would be ideal: Flutter, NestJS, Amplitude, Intercom, PostgreSQL, DriveWealth, AWS, RDS, AWS Cognito, Codebuild, Kubernetes, Terraform, Strapi, Platform
