Key Responsibilities:

• The Senior Manager (Operations) is responsible for managing its resources, developing and implementing an operational plan and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly.
• Responsible for regularly evaluating organisational efficiency and making necessary changes to maximise staff productivity.
• Overseeing the organisation’s daily business activities and interacting with different operations executives and managers to ensure smooth functioning of various services.
• Ensuring deliverable of key metrics, including but not limited to feedback and NPS of end users and clients, relationships with partner providers, optimised transaction costs.
• Assessing the needs of the company from a business growth perspective and providing necessary inputs towards scaling up various processes.
