Expectations:

Handle the technology infrastructure of Upcaliber, which includes mobile apps, servers, cloud infrastructure, and analytics
Execute the technology roadmap for Upcaliber based on inputs from stakeholders
Define and maintain processes for smooth communication between operations and technology
Build software applications – Adhere to coding standards, build appropriate unit tests, integration and functional tests and deployment scripts.
Assist in defining software architectures – Collaborate with leads to explore existing systems, determine areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, learn the applications capabilities.
Work in a fast paced Agile/SCRUM environment.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 2 years + work experience
Proficiency in Python preferred
Experience with design and development of complex software projects
Basic understanding of AWS cloud, Enterprise Java, including web applications lifecycle, SQL and MongoDB
Experience in full stack development using core Java, JavaScript, jQuery, React
Familiarity with AI platforms and APIs is a plus plus.
