The Role

We are looking for Co-Founders to join our team as personnels with a defined position for responsibilities.

There are many subjectives that needs to be handled within the Content Creation.

The skills involve in the Content section are:

Good English Language & any other languages, HTML5, CSS, JS&jQuery, basic Python, Graphics, Designing, Content Strategy, Motion Media, Team Coordination

The section of work are:
Writing, Content Management, Web-Design, Media Production, Production Coordinations, Quality Assurance

The content management on Thither.Direct is all done mostly with it's web-administration area.

A position such as Web-Designer estimated to around $48kUSD for wage from the end of 2nd year by share of revenue and Equity at 3.3%
Co-Founder's share depends on the amount of involvement is willing to perform.
