We are looking for a Director of Business Development to join our team and help take our business to the next level. This individual will be the face of TechLiberate, responsible to develop new Enterprise customer relationships and close sales opportunities utilizing superior presentation and negotiation skills.
This is a work-from-home opportunity and available to any qualified US-sales person. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business, then we want to hear from you.
Salary and Benefits: This is a commission-only position with a competitive commission structure and limitless opportunities.
What you get to do:
❑ New business development, from either own knowledge base, generated leads, or referrals.
❑ Work directly with customers to determine their needs and identify potential growth opportunities for TechLiberate
❑ Create and maintain a sales pipeline to manage inbound customer inquiries, outbound activity, and deal prioritization/status
❑ Plan and execute sales strategies on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
❑ Manage multiple deals concurrently
❑ Qualify and forecast deals to meet sales targets
❑ Continuously identify barriers to selling and implement sales cycle improvements and efficiencies to accelerate market outcomes
What you have:

❑ Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully in an ambiguous environment with flexible infrastructure and process, with a positive attitude.
❑ Clear and confident communicator capable of providing regular feedback to c-level management
❑ Strong problem solving, negotiation and closing skills
❑ A solid record of achievements in prior sales position(s)
❑ A proven ability to learn and retain product-specific information to position the features and benefits to customers
❑ The ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
❑ 3+ years of experience in solution selling and account/customer relationship development
