Key Account Executive - Client Servicing (IT SAAS)₹3L – ₹5L
What we are looking :
Understanding the flow of work from client interaction to communicating the requirement concisely to internal departments.
Timely delivery of project with perfection and keeping quality assurance in mind.
Be the Single point of contact (SPOC) to the clients
Providing onboarding support to the clients include pre-sales queries about the product.
Manage client relationships and deliver on current requirements.
Upsell new opportunities by product promotion to clients
Proactively address issues that are escalated from the customer or the sales team
Ownership of resolution & escalation of client issues.
Define and document workflow processes, SOPs, SLA's, metrics & policies
Serve as the point of escalation for issue resolution and queries
Documenting product features.
Proven experience in developing client relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
You must have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to keep clients happy while maintaining the brand's objectives.
Problem solver who resolves issues amicably and
Have experience of at least 1 year in handling SAAS based Technology or handling clients of IT services or IT Product based companies.
Good communication skills
Ability to handle calls/Email (inbound, outbound, customer follow up etc.)
Maintain customer relationships (existing/ prospective)
Ability to independently handle client acquisition through various channels and follow ups.
Self -starter who believes in the importance of teamwork, while operating unmonitored individually.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate, preferably in B.Tech and BCA.
Strong in communication (Written and verbal skills)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
Must have score 70+ in academics
