Senior Software Engineer

• Location: Remote or Boston, MA afterwards. Relocation will be reimbursed.
• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

• You will be the first engineering hire, and report to the CTO.
• You’ll get to work with the CTO to build a foundation for a world-class engineering team.
• You will help create an engineering culture that's communal, inclusive, and supportive.

Who we’re looking for

• You place a premium on communication and have helped others improve their messaging.
• You listen to the customer first before building a solution.
• You have a track record of writing great software and have shipped complete products from ideation to production.

Technical requirements

We care more about a problem being solved than about the particular technology being used, but we currently use Firebase/SwiftUI/Flutter.

• Strong engineering background in fields such as Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, or similarly technical disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in MLOps, deploying models on both edge (iOS/Android/Raspberry Pi) and server environments is a plus.
