Product Manager

About the role:

Working directly with the founding team you will synthesize broad strategic goals into clear and actionable product roadmaps. From improving core features to delivering brand new ideas, you’ll have a high level responsibility to lead every phase of the product process: brainstorming, research, wireframing, development, deployment, testing, and iteration. You will be working closely with the development team to pass on product requirements and follow up with consistent feedback.


About You:

You have years of experience building world class web and mobile native products.
You have years of Product experience focused on consumer web, e-commerce, or social.
You have sufficient technical expertise to confidently communicate with the development team.
You have entrepreneurial spirit towards problem-solving and organization.
You are skilled in various ways to unearth product opportunities and validate ideas (A/B testing, prototyping, MVPs, etc.).
You have experience in both qualitative and quantitative product research.
You are confident in your ability to present work and ideas.
You have experience developing product process, reporting and measurement.
You have excellent communication, writing, and people skills.
You have a deep interest in our mission to help preserve the environment by facilitating recyclable trading.
