Senior Marketing Specialist (Paid Search) | Sales & Orders

About the Position:
Sales & Orders is a software company that embodies a growth mindset. We help e-commerce businesses grow and scale their revenue through product ads. We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with Search Engine Marketing (PPC) experience to join our team and utilize S&O's campaign management tools to help their list of customers grow their businesses. All new hires will receive complete training on the S&O app and all its functionality in addition to all our processes in regard to the flow of our team.

Responsibilities:
• Manage & optimize Google Shopping and Search (DSA) Ads, Microsoft Shopping and Search (DSA) and Meta Product Ads campaigns for your assigned customers.
• Meet deadlines and OKRs (week-over-week revenue goals, targeted ROAS, defined CPA)
• Communicate clearly and regularly with your customers via phone/screenshare and email about the status of their campaigns, their performance, their goals, and what optimizations you are making.
• Build strong relationships and rapport with your customers.
• Educate your customers on new features, programs, etc. that S&O offers.
• Interact at all levels of the organization comfortably (you’ll interact with Sales, Support, Engineering, Marketing).

Qualifications:
• REQUIRED - Minimum 4-5 years’ experience managing PPC campaigns.
• REQUIRED - Understanding of PPC best practices, KPIs and platforms (Priority on Google, Meta, Microsoft).
• REQUIRED – Ability to track, monitor and maintain multiple projects at one time, (ie new accounts, client request, internal organization requests)
• Ability to work in a team environment where collaboration is highly encouraged.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting calls, platform issues and communication with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Equal-parts analytical and creative problem-solving
• Passionate for helping businesses and people succeed

Preferred:
• 4+ years of experience managing Shopping Ads (PLAs).
• Understanding of Product Feeds best practices and how they work.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Shift4Shop and Magento.
• Agency experience or experience working with a portfolio of customers.
• Digital Marketing experience including: SEO, email & content marking, and social media.
