Position Title: Territory Manager (Sales Representative)
Job Description:
Ora Brands is looking to build a team of hard-working and passionate commission-based sales professionals to assist in our growing efforts to combat COVID-19.
ORÅ Brands, powered by Viaex Technologies, was envisaged in an American laboratory and designed locally in San Francisco, CA. We saw a need for a comfortable mask that could provide protection from 99% of PM2.5 particles, including dust, and other air pollutants, pollen, dander and other allergens, bacteria and other germs, harmful gases, smoke (including from wildfires) and other fumes. This led us to develop the ORA Mask. We currently have an online presence focused on consumers, and we are expanding into the B2B market.
The Territory Manager is a valued teammate for our success and is responsible for selling high quality masks and supporting services to clients across the US.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Achieve a monthly sales goal through the utilization of company sales tools within a defined territory
• Attend weekly meetings with the leadership team to learn about market trends and buying patterns
• Successfully complete training required by all of our sales representatives
• Complete client prospecting and outreach as necessary to reach sales goals
• Practice ethical sales strategies and professional behavior
• Collaborate with the our team to identify opportunities for sales process improvement
• Ensure sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization
• Please note, the role of Territory Manager is a 1099 commission-based position.
• Monthly Commission (Anticipated): $10,000.00 to $30,000.00

Requirements:
• 5+ years of sales experience and/or 3+ years of demonstrated success in sales
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to adjust and adapt to an ever-changing market
• Able to interact in a professional manner with the internal sales support team
• Experience working with professional applications including Microsoft 365 and Office.
• Ability to learn how to utilize new software for sales efficiency and effectiveness
