Responsibilities:

• Engage in diverse technical tasks spanning client-side, server-side, architecture, and infrastructure, contributing to the framework supporting all our web products.
• Lead strategic technical initiatives across engineering pods, influencing the broader engineering organization.
• Swiftly implement functional UI elements based on design mocks, prioritizing performance, accessibility, and ensuring components are functional, elegant, performant, and mobile-friendly.
• Make informed decisions on creating abstractions versus developing one-off features.
• Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to fellow engineers through thorough code and design document reviews.

Requirements:

• Possess over 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proficient in React and Typescript, with a profound understanding of modern client-side React application architecture.
• Prior experience in developing design systems or component libraries.
• Demonstrated capability as an individual contributor or previous experience as a Tech Lead, leading comprehensive projects with a lasting impact on one or more systems or a team.
• Familiarity with the web3 frontend stack, including ethers.js/web3.js, EIP-1193, client-side private key management, etc.
• A keen interest in staying updated on contemporary best practices in web development.
