Lead the Sponsorships and Donor Program across a variety of projects within sustainability, fashion and events across the United States and European markets.
We are a luxury fashion commerce and mission-led, where every purchase sponsors several months of Girls Education. The vendors that we present each employ sustainable, ethical and artisanal principals. We advocate environmental and economic sustainability, female rights and equality.
You will have proven results in corporate sponsorships from concept-stage through to delivery and analysis, as well as:
- Magnetic verbal and written communication (English, a second language desirable for the European market)
- Excellent presentation, articulation and knowledge (new or established) of Fashion Sustainability, ethical trade practices and the Slow Fashion segment
- Work history in fin-tech, fashion-tech or technology companies (established and or startup)
- Shared values of honesty and transparency, integrity, equality
You will pitch (redevelop existing material with your own voice) and present projects including:
- Digital Advocacy +Design event series (attendees are digital influencers/journalists across 3 main topics: Food, Fashion, Architecture /panel of industry leaders /informative + inclusive workshop /highly visual for content creation / fashion popup and content creation activities)
- Annual schools visit (travel incentive as part of the Affiliate Program, visit the schools and interview the girls in our programs, film docu-series /partnership opportunties / network syndication)
- Capsule collections (environmental collection upcycling deadstock fabrics from our portfolio of designers and couturiers, 100% Profit to Girls Edu /partnership with FIDM/Parsons or renowned fashion college for students or grads)
KPI
- Pitch and secure 1 Platinum Partnership per year (*Telsa *would be a dream)
- Pitch and secure 1 Merchant Services per year
- Pitch and secure 1 Major Sponsor per project
- Pitch and secure 1 Media Partner per project
- Secure network syndication for the documentary-series
- Secure 5 vendor placements per event (pop up fashion/ influencer content)
- Secure 1 College Partnerhship for the Capsule Collection
- Develop a Donor Program that suits the suite of marketing initiatives across the company annually
- Expected Sponsor value proposition per project(3) est. USD $130,000
Remuneration
High-commission, freelance. You will be exclusive a minimum 3 days per week and present all leads and status updates weekly. Commission of 25% gross, paid bi-monthly and once accounts are settled (OTE $98,000)
