We are looking for a Angular/Node.js Developer responsible for developing our unique ONDEWO Artificial Intelligence Management Platform, building cool front ends during proof of concepts with customers from all industries and managing our event driven, microservice based architecture of our backend systems. Your work will focus on creating user interface components in the Angular 2 and native Javascript, and integrate backend services via GRPC and REST, e.g. with our ONDEWO Natural Language Understanding (NLU) platform. As part of the core product team you will collaborate closely with the artificial intelligence and conversation design team. Therefore, good knowledge of Angular 2, Javascript, TypeScript and Node.js, and the passion to learn cutting-edge technologies like JanusGraph, Apache Cassandra, Elastic Search and TensorFlow.js are must have.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Integration of user-facing digital agent/chatbot conversational elements developed by the artificial intelligence developers with server side logic
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code - we “type” everything, hence TypeScript)
• Design and implementation of low-latency and performant backend Node.JS code

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong desire for clean code
• Strong proficiency Node.js and Angular (> 3 years)
• Test driven development style
• Natural usage of Promises and async/await idioms
• Very good understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• The very mention of Git, IDEs and Linux in a skills section should seem redundant to you
