Independent Sales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales representative to join our team and help build our brand. Sales reps will focus on obtaining new accounts in food service/ retail stores and help develop effective sales and marketing plans to drive sales. Reps will have access to our CRM database with hundreds of leads, listing of current and potential clients which includes marketing materials to assist with closing deals. This will be a great opportunity to gain experience in the food industry and become part of a growing company. Sales position will be based on commission and bonuses when sales projections are met.

-Sales representatives will focus on inside sales, which typically involves "cold calling" for new clients.
-Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with current and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Up selling product lines to customer base.
-Understanding and promoting company programs.
-Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
-Distributes product catalog or product samples to current and prospective clients.
-Displays or demonstrates merchandise, using samples or catalog, to develop customers’ product knowledge.
-Works with Customer Service Representative to ensure the customer understands ordering process.
