We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager who will assist the Senior Growth Acquisition Manager in our marketing strategy and deployment
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Deploy successful international client marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
Develop and lead tactics to drive qualified traffic to our website and to convert them into clients
Manage a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – PPC campaigns, Display, Social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis, and more
Produce creative and engaging ads, landing pages and email campaigns to generate qualified leads and convert them
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against our KPI

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Solid experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency facing multiple clients or in a data-driven company.
You know that CPA doesn’t stand for Certified Public Accountant and that churn has nothing to do with milk.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Advanced knowledge of marketing channels (e.g. Marketing automation, Google Ads, Retargeting Networks, Facebook , Instagram, Youtube) and tracking / reporting tools ( e.g: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, MixPanel, Tableau, Segment, Hotjar etc)
You are Data-driven (you hold yourself accountable of strategy and analytics), driving force of proposal and take full ownership over your assigned tasks
