We are looking for a support engineer to provide professional IT service to our client. You'll work in a stable yet innovative environment where your efforts will be recognized and rewarded.
As a support engineer, a typical day might include the following:
Coordinate and troubleshoot with different departments regarding to IT services (hardware/cloud-based solution/network etc)
Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
To respond end-users call/tickets within agreed time limits.
To help to triage and where possible resolve issues immediately or to log and escalate as appropriate.
Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Provide training and advice to end-users.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
This job might be for you if:
You are a Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
Have minimum 3 years solid experience in providing technical support, preferably in cloud based work environment
Familiar with Cloud based solutions and platforms, technology security, networking etc.
Proactive and customer-oriented, with good time and task management skills.
Good in communications, able to deliver advise and troubleshoot to both technical and non-technical users.
Fluent in English and Cantonese
