*The team*

At LumApps our technical communication team is responsible for ensuring that the documentation for all of our products is clear, correct, comprehensive, and easy to use. You will be working closely with other tech writers as well as software engineers and product managers to produce content for a wide audience.

*Missions*

Create, edit, and manage content for both internal and external audiences across multiple channels including customer-facing help content, internal knowledge base, developer documentation, in-app tutorials.

Deliver a consistent and cohesive voice across all of LumApps content and documentation.

Work closely with customer facing teams to identify content gaps and deliver information on new product releases.

Define content structure, taxonomy, and style.

*Skills *

Previous experience as a technical writer for a technical, software solution, preferably a CMS.

Stellar written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of DITA, Markdown, Oxygen XML, and DITA-OT.

Basic knowledge of Git.

Well organized and structured, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Self learner, team player, enjoys sharing ideas and knowledge.

Bonus points for knowing:

• XSLT
• OpenAPI standard
• In-app guides solutions (Pendo, Appcues, WalkMe, etc.)
