Entrepreneur in Serious Game

Mission:
- You carry out the tasks in the H2020 European project SIM4NEXUS to prepare the creation of a startup: market study, management of a group of early adopters, business models, recruitment, legal creation
- You support other startup creation projects on diverse topics related to our target sectors
- You acquire new projects
- You watch continuously the technologies and the markets on our target sectors to foresee future research topics of interest
Profile :
- You are an entrepreneur with at least one experience of startup creation, whether it was a success or failure
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in one of our sectors
- You are keen to take over new entrepreneurial adventures
- You have personal capacities to sustain an entrepreneurial life on the long run
- You have a double technical and business profile; you demonstrate a broad vision, a profound interest and an unlimited curiosity for the new technologies (digital and hard) and you are knowledgeable about new business models
- You ideally have knowledge or experience on Serious Games
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and oral; a third language and/or an international experience is highly appreciated
- Ideally you have experience in European collaborative projects
- You have great problem-solving capabilities and excellent analysis and synthesis abilities.
- You are result-oriented, pay attention to details and deliver excellent outputs in any format.
- You have vision and see the full picture in everything you do
- You are autonomous, experience junky, logical, creative, dynamic, curious, agile, hard-worker, pragmatic and a quick learner.
- You have a team spirit and great interpersonal skills

A great attention will be paid to your effective experience and your achievements (both successes and failures); the diploma is a secondary criteria.
