Job Summary:
At Klenty, we are passionate about helping sales teams fall in love with selling. We are looking
for an Outbound SDR who can help us with this mission.
The ideal candidate should be someone who can thrive when being challenged and is
enthusiastic about working in a fast-growing environment.
As an Outbound SDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads to the sales
pipeline experimenting with different outbound strategies.
● Responsibilities and duties:
➢ Build prospect lists based on the ideal customer profile. Find decision-makers at target
companies that are involved in a buying decision
➢ Run outreach campaigns using email, calls, and LinkedIn touchpoints and generate
qualified leads
➢ Partner with sales and marketing to develop effective outbound prospecting strategies
➢ Achieve monthly/quarterly targets of defined activities and lead generation
➢ Provide accurate weekly forecasts on the volume of qualified leads and current lead
pipeline
➢ Keeping the CRM updated with all the details
