Director, Digital Product

Jinx is looking for a Digital Product lead to have his or her fingerprints all over the design and development of the primary commerce vehicle, as well as having full accountability for website performance and conversion launch.

What you’ll do…
Work with the team to optimize the website on Shopify+ and create a seamless eCommerce experience for the D2C business.
Implement digital best practices for an optimized customer journey, and design a test and learn playbook.
Define a product strategy to include core shopping experiences with measurable goals
Optimize relevant systems required to run a best-in-class program, including: data and analytics platforms, email service provider, reviews system, loyalty and referral programs.
Build a high-performance team to add the capacity and tactical support required to achieve business goals on a quarter by quarter basis and lead with a results-driven attitude.
Launch and test new features and improve existing ones.
Work with the proper teams to research and map user journeys and identify areas for growth.

Other requirements and considerations…
Minimum of 6 years or more as product manager, 2+ years managing a technical team
Direct experience driving measurable results ecommerce
Proven track record of executing successful projects from end-to-end.
Strong attention to detail, process optimization, and analytical thinking.
Familiarity with project management platforms to assist with systemizing processes.
