Your mission:
We are looking for an analytical and pragmatic individual who will join our team of investment analysts.
Additionally you'll be constantly looking for ways to improve the accuracy of our valuations and processing times working with our Data Science team.

Homeloop simplifies the experience of selling and buying a property in France. With Homeloop, selling a property becomes :

Homeloop aims at becoming the end-to-end platform to sell or purchase a property in France, a market with more than 182.000 transactions / 45bn € per year in Ile de France (Paris capital region) and 750.000 transactions per year / 172bn € in France largest cities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

During this internship you'll learn how to become a valuation expert!

Specific tasks will include:
- Accurately valuing properties by using a range of techniques and making valuation recommendations to the founding team for sign-off
- Producing high quality valuation reports that are presented to customers;
- Working with the software development team to constantly improve the valuation process.

As one of the first recruits in this early stage start up you will have the opportunity to be exposed to every aspect of a high-growth business : from buying and selling properties to strategic decisions to improve the positioning of our offers to customers !


The ideal candidate:
We are flexible on experience and can shape the role for the right person however, we think you’ll probably:
- Have worked in roles requiring strong numerical and analytical skills
- Want to work in an early stage start-up environment. This requires the desire and ability to get things done quickly and professionally ("can do attitude")


Things which would be useful but not essential:
Work experience in residential property or at a tech startup.
