To continue our fast growth, we are looking to hire Business Development Reps.
Job Description:
As a Business Development Rep (BDR) at Greek House, your role is to recruit, onboard, and manage a team of students (Campus Managers) who will drive sales at their college. BDRs develop students into sales leaders through coaching, weekly 1-on-1 calls, and hands on sales and marketing experience. BDRs are also in charge of recruiting campus managers in their given territory and maintaining a high retention rate with their campus managers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Recruit 60-100 Campus Managers (CMs) in territory
- Onboard and train CMs on how to use the Greek House Website, sales processes, and various sales strategies
- Coach CMs weekly on how to develop leads, reach out, and sell to different organizations and decision makers on campus
- Work with CMs to develop promotions and discounts to drive initial interest
- Develop and implement sales strategies with your team of CMs
- Get CMs excited about Greek House and mentor them to become a leader on campus!
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a top school
- 2+ years of Sales Experience
- Interest in building teams and/or developing students’ skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Salesforce, or similar CRM
- Experience managing and/or building sales teams
