UI/UX Designer

About the Role:
We are looking for a photography / design intern with strong product photography, visual design skills and creativity to own the end-to-end product design process! The intern will gain exciting real world product design experience and enjoy a large degree of creative freedom and influence. You will have the opportunity to work on visuals for social media, outdoor advertising campaigns, as well as UI / UX of our website.
Responsibilities:
Curate and develop compelling visuals for our social media accounts
Research and create visual assets for ads that perform on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok
Manage multiple projects and incorporate user feedback in a robust fashion
Build relationships with cross-functional team members (Engineer, Product and Marketing) and brainstorm product strategy, design goals and execution
UI / UX design for our website and landing pages
Work with our team to storyboard and create still life product photography and editorial images
Knowledge and experience with creating videos, editing and animation a plus but not required
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Sketch, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Invison, Adobe XD)
Proven problem solver and detail-oriented
Evidence of strong layout and typography skills
Access to photography equipment, photo studio not required but a plus.
Current undergraduate student
Able to dedicate at least 20 hours per week
