The Role

Your work
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the early team at GetHarley. As we expand across the UK and internationally, our Account Management / Customer Success Team will be at the forefront of our success, helping our partners maximise their potential on our platform.

As an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager, you will work directly with our partners to accelerate their lifecycle from onboarding to success. You will serve as the first line of support for assigned partners and help them work with our platform seamlessly and pushing the boundaries of their key performance indicators. Further, you will be empowered to deeply understand your partner's goals and challenges and develop tools and ideas to help them manage their needs more efficiently. You will build a strategic and performance-driven approach that continually enhances the relationships with your partners.

Who we're looking for
You will be a great fit if you:

  • Have 4-5 years of customer success or account management experience ideally in a start up environment or tech company
  • Love interacting with people through strong written and verbal communication
  • Want to be a valuable support system to our partners and ensure they maximise their outcomes on GetHarley
  • Can ensure strategies are implemented and continuously iterated on to improve partner support and engagement
  • Possess expertise managing a pipeline and ability to effectively manage multiple relationships at a time
  • Are a proactive problem-solver who is high reliability and has outstanding follow-through
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter, and a quick learner, who is able to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Want to join a collaborative team and experience working at a high growth and early-stage tech startup
  • Are target-oriented (eg. conversion rates, engagement levels, sales targets) and able to consistently meet and exceed your performance targets
  • Are passionate about skin and health, positive ageing and empowering people
