Tech Lead for Sustainable Fashion startup with Revenue

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design, Develop and implement software programs front end website architecture, back-end website applications as per the requirements
• Perform detail impact analysis for any changes to the existing system in the production environment
• Responsible for fixing any bugs in the existing production and plan for deploying the issues as per the criticality and Business Impact
• Perform detail root cause analysis for any issue in production
• Prepare test cases and perform the testing as per the test cases for any changes/enhancements
• Provide support during the UAT for any changes and enhancements
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
• Creating databases for functionality.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
• Designing and developing APIs.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
• Create/update technical documentations as on when needed
• Integrate website with any third-party applications used in the system
• Estimate the Story Points for any User Stories assigned as per the Business prioritization

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in PHP and MY SQL
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HTML and CSS
• Minimum 2 years of experience in React JS, Node JS and Angular JS
• Minimum 2 years of experience with web servers and UI/UX design
• Excellent written and oral communication skill
• Some working knowledge on SEO based projects preferred
• Ability to prioritize and perform tasks effectively
• Exposure to Agile methodology
• Ability to work in a start-Up culture environment
