Media Buyer

First Media is a millennial focused media company and one of the TOP 10 publishers on Facebook, with 1.6 billion monthly views and 120M+ fans on social media. We are hiring a Media Buyer in Los Angeles to optimize exposure and success of our editorial content. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a massively -growing top tier social media publisher. First Media's branded content spans multiple verticals including food, beauty, parenting, home décor and others.

Responsibilities:
· Work closely with our editor-in-chief to curate the best content for our editorial outlet, SoYummy.com
· Make strong media business decisions based on trends and true analytics
· Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance
· Strategize, Execute, and Manage a variety of site and social ad campaigns from concept to completion with full analysis
· Must be comfortable talking through findings/decisions with leadership
· Ensure paid social budgets are being used in most effective manner
· Leverage our real-time data dashboards to communicate performance
· Develop and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and options polls that best fit our audience/ internal team members
· Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions
· Prepare reports and present result to leadership

Qualifications:
· 2+ years’ experience working with Paid Facebook advertising (large scale)
· 3+ years' digital media buying experience
· Must understand content, experience working for digital publisher a huge plus
· Google Analytics
· Ability to utilize or create new dashboards to gather pertinent KPI’s
· Ability to juggle multiple projects at once- this will be a very fast paced environment
· Analytically driven
· Strong Team player- this role will collaborate with multiple departments
· Ability to present ideas/findings internally and externally
