FindDoc (finddoc.com) is a fast-growing startup that provides the most comprehensive healthcare information to the general public in Asia. The FindDoc platform not only provides 7,000 updated and accurate medical professional information, but also the largest health education video library in Hong Kong. The videos cover a range of 24 specialties, offered in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
FindDoc recently launched a new application which is designed with the general public in mind, to help users find and book the most suitable medical professional in a reliable and user-friendly manner. With a location-based search capability, using their smartphones, patients will no longer have to worry about not finding a doctor in their vicinity, no matter where in Hong Kong they are situated.
Qualification: High diploma or above
Experience: Entry-Level
Responsibilities
- Identify new customers and develop new accounts through visits or outbound calls to achieve targets
- Develop relationships with existing customers and cultivate strong customer loyalty
- Responsible for monitoring performance to maintain the number of active clients and reduce churn
- Collect feedback from customers to improve the existing product offering to maintain market competitiveness
- Analyze assigned market performance and produce weekly and monthly reports
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, be humble and patience at the same time
- Enjoy talking to people, a good listener that can close deals
- Self-motivated with “can-do” mentality, you don’t take No for an answer.
- Great with establishing rapport and maintaining relationships with customers
- Tech-oriented, understand digital marketing, web and mobile application, passionate about the latest tech trend
- Good command of English and Cantonese
