We are looking for empathetic Coaches who will coach the aspirants and help them become more aware of themselves and will support them unleash their full potential to not only achieve the best out of the opportunities at Expertrons but also in life.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Coach learners using online platform/phone calls as per the schedule and requirement.
● Manage the coaching as per our products with flexibility for requests of aspirants
● Understand end to end customer requirements and provide inputs to the product development team.
● Continue to learn and grow
● Incorporate developmental suggestions and feedback received from management
● Maintain efficient aspirants/experts notes in the prescribed template
● Communicate with aspirants and experts when required via email or phone call
● Commit to a regular self-coaching practice
● Should be competent to handle multiple learners and help them identify their key strengths
● To inculcate growth mindset in the learners

Skills Required

● Should be able to reflect active listening skill
● Should be able to empathise with the learner and reflect non-judgemental approach
● Should be able to articulate/speak simple and clean language while speaking
● Should be able to focus and possess good observation skill

Working hours - 10 am to 7:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)

1.Are available for full time in office (Currently working from home until lockdown)

CTC - 4 lac to 6 lac per annum (No bar for Rockstar Candidates)
