The Role

As the Lead Software Developer business partner, your role is to lead the development of our software business while being supported in doing so by the existing team. You will be compensated with shares and sales & placement success fees. You will not have an employee status and will not get a salary, similar to the rest of the partners team.

Experience wanted:
- experience of at least 5 years in Front-end and Back-end web development
- experience of recruitment, onboarding, talent management, human capital management software
- advocacy of either or both D&I benefits and digital transformation benefits.

Skills Required
- Full stack web development
- Strong understanding and experience with application security / secure coding practices
- Cloud Services
- Some design / UX / UI knowledge (processes and tools)
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevSecOps (best practices and tools)

You will take part in a fast scaling business and will contribute to shape its future by joining at the best possible moment when we define our next growth drivers. You will take part of board meetings.

Your primary mission is to co-lead the development activity for our innovative Diversity and Inclusion apps and platform. In that context, you will work with a team comprising a junior front-end developer and a project manager / security architect having skills in ML.

Based on requirements, user stories and draft designs by the team, you will write and test code. You will share your knowledge with - and potentially manage - less experienced developers in the team. You will need both front-end skills like design, javascript, react, and backend skills for data and API integrations.

Additionally, for no more than 10-15% of your time, you will participate in events we organize, including our “Equalithons”, remote hackathons where women and male allies develop technical solutions to sponsored gender equality challenges. You may give talks there if you want to. You will as well support our communication to groups we want to support.

Finally, for about 5% of your time, you will review our content targeted to technologists.
