We at Duadle are getting ready to launch our A.I. based Relationship management apps to market.

*IMPORTANT: Upto the 1st round of raising funds, We will NOT be paying salary and would want a Team member to work with us for EQUITY + Raising Fee only. If you are open for this option as of now, After the 1st round is successfully raised with your help, We will be able offer a good competitive salary, Plus your equity in the startup!

We are on the hunt for an ambitious & entrepreneurial team member to work with us on per deal basis & make Investor Relations to thrive in a fast-paced innovation and investment environment.

The key role is Getting funds and investments for our startup and Managing fund rounds. Looking for a professional fund raiser who can accelerate our vision of going viral with our product which has high growth potential. The candidate must have good experience dealing with intelligent early stage investors to VC and a good track record helping raise funding from VCs.

You must have previous experience in raising capital from VCs or Angel investors or have the challenge within yourself to get a good deal for the startup.

Job Description
• Running the deal process for fundraising, should also bring deal flow into the company.
• Being comfortable reviewing legal documents
• Financial modelling, preferably in the Mobile App space
• Must Have prior Experience in raising funds

• Engage with Investors & reaching out independently;
• Good in Financial projections;
• Goal-driven, independent and competitive by nature;
• High energy, resilient and motivated individual;
• Interested in the start-up ecosystem worldwide.

Responsabilities
• Identify, analyse, prioritize and execute potential opportunities with Investors in the global market on a daily basis;
• Lead deal research, define value proposition, negotiate it and execute agreements;
• Effectively and consistently (daily) present a strong value proposition to potential global Investors;

Experience
• Professional background in Banking, Investment, Venture Capital, Insurance is a plus.

Educational Background
• MBA Preferred;
• Advanced level in English language (Speaking/Writing);
• High level of presentation and negotiation skills.
