Junior Software Engineer

Job Description:
As a Junior software engineer (JSE) your job will be to deliver high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.

Digitt:

We launched our first product to help people pay off credit card debt. This is the first step of many we will take to accomplish our mission of helping borrowers become savers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
• Review and debug code.
• Perform validation and verification testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
• Document development phases and monitor systems.
• Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies.
• Always leave the code better than it was.
• Ownership from concept to maintainability.
