Dataiku is hiring a Legal Counsel to join our passionate legal team to support healthy growth of the company. This position will be based in our New York office, but we are open to candidates from other states willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate software license agreements, partnership agreements, professional services agreements, NDAs and other high impact commercial agreements, collaborating with revenue generating and technical teams in the Americas
• Be a thought partner, providing practical guidance related to data privacy, security, IP and other business needs during the deal process
• Assist with implementation of internal process improvements and contract management
• Work with all teams on vendor agreements
• Other responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• J.D. degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school; admitted and member in good standing with the bar
• 2-4 years of law firm and/or in-house experience; experience with software sales or license agreements preferred
• Good business judgment combined with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, experienced with managing numerous deals simultaneously and able to adapt to shifting priorities
• Thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
